1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone or computer when you visit it. They help the website remember you, for example, what's in your shopping cart, and understand how the store is used.
We also use similar technologies, such as pixels and browsing identifiers. Here, we call everything "cookies".
2. Which cookies do we use?
We divided the cookies into four groups:
They make the website work: keeping your shopping cart, completing your purchase securely, remembering your login. Without them, the store cannot operate, so they cannot be disabled.
They save your preferences, such as language and favorite products, to make your next visit more convenient.
They show, in a grouped way, which pages are most visited and where the customer encounters difficulties. We use them to improve the website. Tools: Wix Analytics / Google Analytics.
They allow you to show Modemann ads to people who have already visited the site and measure whether the ads worked. Tools: Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel.

3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies come from partners we use, such as the website platform (Wix), analytics tools, and advertising networks. These partners have their own privacy policies, and their practices are not controlled by Modemann.
4. How to control cookies
On our website, on your first visit, a notice will appear where you can accept, reject, or choose cookie groups. To change this later, use the "Cookie Preferences" button in the footer.
In your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in the Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge settings, in the privacy section.
What changes if you refuse? Essential cookies remain active. Others can be turned off, but some parts of the store become less user-friendly, and the ads you see will no longer be personalized.
5. How long are they saved?
Some only last for the duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser. Others are saved for a longer period, generally up to 12 months, until you delete them or they expire.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use. The current version is the one on this page, with the date at the top. To learn how we handle your personal data in general, see the privacy section in Terms and Conditions .
