The story of Modemann begins with a phrase that
We've heard it enough already.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
"I don't care about clothes."
You've heard this before. Maybe you've even said it yourself. Almost always with a half-smile, like someone who's above all these things.
We've heard it so many times that we've started paying attention to who's saying it and how they're saying it. The person who speaks most firmly is usually the one who thinks about the issue the most. They just won't admit it because admitting it is hard work. And trying to admit it opens the door to making mistakes in front of others.
That's how Modemann was born.
Not caring isn't freedom. It's disguised fear.
We say this respectfully. The target is the idea, never you.
WHY DO WE EXIST?
No one taught us to enjoy dressing up.
We learned the opposite. That caring about one's appearance is for people who have nothing better to do. That a real man wears whatever is in his drawer and that's it. That paying attention to style is vanity, and vanity is weakness.
It's an old idea, and it weighs heavily. It weighs heavily on those who grew up hearing it, and it weighs heavily on those who are now 18, 25, 40, 50 years old and continue to hear it.
Modemann is our answer, and it doesn't come in the form of a sermon. It's an invitation. You can care. You can choose calmly, like what you see in the mirror, and not apologize for it. We call this permission to care.
WHAT WE DO
Few pieces. Well chosen.
We started with semi-precious jewelry in stainless steel with a gold plating. We deliberately chose small pieces: we prefer to do one thing right than to do ten half-heartedly.
Each piece needs to withstand daily use, with basic care and nothing more. That's why we don't work with plated items, which require too much pampering, nor with costume jewelry. If it fades in the first week, it's not ours.
THE SYMBOL
A ring that won't close on its own.

The brand's symbol is an open ring, with a gold pin closing the opening.
For us, it tells the whole story: so much remains incomplete until man allows himself to make the decision. The pin represents that decision. Small, golden, and it changes the entire design.
PRA AONDE VAMOS
More than just a store.
We want Modemann to be a way to dress without guilt. A place where taking care of yourself is normal and doesn't need justification.
From now on, we want to create our own design pieces, made for people who think like this.
Ultimately, the idea is simple: that you can go anywhere and be taken seriously without having to explain yourself. A silent presence. We believe the right person helps.
