By browsing and purchasing from the Modemann website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read carefully and, if you have any questions, contact us before finalizing your order.

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We respond within 2 business days. To expedite the process, please include your order number in your message.
3. Orders and availability
The order is confirmed by email after payment approval. Prices and conditions are valid at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
The photos and videos are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences in tone depending on your device's screen. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and refund the amount paid.
4. Payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is processed by Wix Payments . Modemann does not store your card details. Approval depends on the analysis of the card issuer and the payment platform. If payment is not approved, the order is automatically canceled.
5. Delivery and shipping
Shipping is free throughout Brazil . Delivery time is 10 to 25 business days, starting from the payment approval date. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code by email .
Please check the address before finalizing your purchase: it is the customer's responsibility . If delivery is not completed due to an incorrect address or the absence of someone to receive it, please contact us to arrange a new delivery attempt.
6. Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Right of withdrawal: You have 7 consecutive days , from the date of receipt, to withdraw from the purchase, according to the Consumer Protection Code (article 49). The item must be unused , with its packaging and accessories. We will refund the amount via the same payment method, and the return shipping is on us.
Defect or wrong part: Contact us through customer service, with photos and your order number . We will exchange the item or refund the amount, with no shipping cost for you.

7. Warranty and care of parts
The pieces have a 90-day legal warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt. To maintain their shine for longer:
Apply perfume before putting on the garment.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Store in the packaging, away from other items.
Avoid chemical products, such as chlorine and paint removers.
Wear and tear caused by improper use, contact with chemicals, or dropping is not considered a defect.
8. Privacy and security
We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
What we collect: Name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details.
What we use it for: To process your order, deliver it, provide customer service, and, if you authorize it, send you news and new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with. Only with those who need it to complete the purchase, such as the payment platform and shipping companies. We do not sell your data.
Security. The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and payment is processed in a protected environment on the payment platform.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [EMAIL]. The website also uses cookies to function and measure performance; you can manage them in your browser.

The brand, logo, photos, videos, and text on this website belong to Modemann. Copying, reproducing, or using this content without written permission is prohibited.

To resolve any issue regarding these terms, the court of the consumer's domicile is chosen as the competent jurisdiction.
